What can I blame it on? Nothing. I had a good week as far as low stress goes, but I did get bored, Seems odd that I would since I have so many things that I could have been doing. I did a little worse this week on the counts, but overall I ended with the same count as last week. I had to find something to distract me from smoking habitually since my course work doesn’t start again until the end of this month.
Last week’s count: Goal count is 15
Sunday 15
Monday 13
Tuesday 15
Wednesday 16
Thursday 16
Friday 15
Saturday 15
Monday was good, there was nothing in the notes that suggested anything different, just didn’t smoke as much that day.
Wednesday and Thursday I didn’t do as well. I smoked more than I should have in the morning, but was able to slow it down in the afternoon. I was tired most of the day. Reducing or quitting smoking can leave a soul feeling tired so I guess I need to learn to take a nap. I started questing from the expansion packs on Skyrim and that kept me busy in the evening.
Lesson learned: Thinking about not smoking causes me to think about smoking. I know it’s not a mystery, but some days I need that reminder. It’s harder to focus on not doing something than it is on doing it.
