Good week. Next week, I am going to 15. I don’t expect to be perfect the first week or two, but I think I can do it.
Last week’s count: Goal count is 16
Sunday 12
Monday 14
Tuesday 16
Wednesday 16

Lesson learned: Watching Korean television reduces smoke count. I discovered that I have a base attention span of 90 minutes. After that time, I start losing focus. If I change tasks, even for a few moments, at 90 minutes, I can avoid distractions for another 90 minutes. I separated my exercise routine into two parts, moving the cardio to the early morning. I learned that doing cardio in the early morning helps to reduce smoke count. I also learned that if you forget to eat, you get hungry at odd times in the day. And, finally, I learned that drinking less coffee for an extended time causes headaches.

Good luck. You seem very aware and focused, even when you say you aren’t focused. I’m concerned that because you have such a structured plan you loose your enthusiasm if you stumble. Please be gentle with yourself. It you are a taskmaster and rigid you may mentally beat yourself up and this will only make things more difficult.
Celebrate every victory no matter how small.
I have stumbled often on this issue, but I never give up. Trying and trying has lead me to a better understanding of my habit. I know what my triggers are, I only need to learn to restructure the triggers so that smoking is not the solution. Thank you for your comments. You are most kind.
