Sleeping Cessation?

I was hoping to drop to a goal of 15 this week, but it seems the less I smoke the more difficult it is to find sleep.  I thought that was a little odd, but discovered from a quit-smoking site that it is a common problem.

Last week’s count:           Goal count is 16

Sunday                 14

Monday               16

Tuesday               13

Wednesday         18

Thursday              18

Friday                   15

Saturday              15

Wednesday, I had trouble falling into sleep.  I went to bed at the good hour and was still awake four hours later.

Thursday, I was tired most of the day because I couldn’t sleep the night before.  I went to bed a little earlier thinking I should sleep well, but still had troubles falling into sleep.  I got up to smoke twice and finally found sleep two hours after I went to bed.

Lesson learned:  Reducing the amount of smoking is causing my inability to fall into sleep.
