Not much change over last week. I am building consistency and that is good.

Wednesday, I was awake early and stayed up later than normal. Mostly the extra smoking cam in the morning…I was still sleepy.
Thursday, I was really busy this day. Lots of waiting and going. I tend to smoke more when waiting and if I am leaving the house for a time, because I don’t smoke out, I tend to smoke a cigarette before leaving the house even if it is not the time for smoking.
Lesson learned: I wish there was a lesson here. But I haven’t learned anything that I didn’t already know.

I know people who even refuse to admit that smoking is bad for health. In that context, your initiative to set goals and systematically reduce smoking is great! If not immediately, I am sure you can limit and eventually get rid of smoking. All the best
