Overall, I’m good. I’m almost ready for a bump in goal count. Almost. A couple days aren’t so good, but I can explain.

Monday, I stayed up way too late; the overall count was good for the day.
Friday, I stayed up until 4:00 am, but mostly I smoked too much in the morning.
Lesson learned: Wednesdays are good. Seeing progress is a strong motivator.
I haven’t had a cigarette since 9AM. That was at least 40 days ago. I am cranky and I am dying. GRRR.
